CAR-Therapy in Haematology and Oncology
The Biochemical Society are holding a conference in October called “Chimeric Antigen Receptor Therapy in Haematology and Oncology: Current Successes and Challenges”.
Immunotherapy techniques are at the forefront of current research into novel cancer therapies. Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) gene-modified adoptive T-cell therapy is one area in which exciting progress has been made in recent years. This focus meeting looks to bring together opinion leaders in the CAR field to discuss successes, controversies and challenges.
