The choice of the second species can be very challenging for toxicologists and pathologists. This meeting will address the various factors to be considered when making this decision (regulatory, metabolic, pathologic, clinical pathologic, and molecular aspects) and provide a comparative overview of the relative benefits of each non-rodent species.
The programme also includes an interactive audience participation session where participants will vote on options following presentations on anonymised case studies.
